Morton County Housing Authority Request for Proposal - Financial Audit Services
Morton County Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to provide professional auditing services for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, 2027, and 2028. Services include financial audits, applicable single-audit work, completion of the Data Collection Form, and review of the Financial Assessment Subsystem submission to HUD.
Proposals for RFP #2026-01 must be mailed or delivered to Morton County Housing Authority, Attn: Rick Horn, Director/Management Agent, 1500 3rd Ave. NW, Mandan, ND 58554. Proposals must be clearly marked “RFP #2026-01” and received by September 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST. Email and facsimile proposals will not be accepted.
Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted by August 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CST. Questions may be directed to Rick Horn at 701-663-7494 or rick@ndwriverhousing.com. Any necessary addenda will be posted by September 2, 2026.
