IMPORTANT: DO NOT PAY FOR PASSPORT FORMS
IF YOU ARE PAYING YOU AREN'T ON THE CORRECT SITE. PLEASE VISIT TRAVEL.STATE.GOV
If you are coming in to our office for a Passport please
be to our office no later than 4:00.
You can go to CVS, Walmart, the UPS Store etc... for photos. Please call ahead to confirm that they still take passport photos.
You can't wear glasses, hairbands, clips, and uniforms in pictures. Please make sure these pictures are in front of a white background, that they are not fuzzy and that there are no shadows or anything in the background. If your pictures aren't good quality, they will reject them and this will slow down your processing as they will have to contact you to have you submit new pictures.
