If you are coming into our office for a Passport please
be to our office no later than 4:00.

Age 16 and over (form DS-11) $130.00 Department of State + $35.00 Morton County Recorder
Age 15 and under (form DS-11) $100.00 Department of State + $35.00 Morton County Recorder
PASSPORT CARD (need check or money order for dept of state fee)
(land border crossings between Canada and Mexico only, you can't fly with the card)
Age 16 and over (form DS-11) $30.00 Department of State + $35.00 Morton County recorder
Age 15 and under (form DS-11) $15.00 Department of State + $35.00 Morton County Recorder
PASSPORT RENEWAL BY MAIL (form DS-82) These applications are mailed in by the applicant.
$130.00 for the Passport & $30.00 for the Pass Card
- I can submit my most recent US passport book and/or US passport card with the application.
- I was at least 16 years old when my most recent US passport book and/or passport card was issued.
- I was issued my most recent US passport book and/or passport card less than 15 years ago.
- My most recent US passport book and/or us passport card for which I am renewing has not been lost, stolen, mutilated, or damaged.
- I use the same name as on my most recent US passport book and/or US passport card.. -OR- I have had my name changed by marriage or court order and can submit proper documentation to reflect my name change.
EXPEDITED SERVICE (Form DS-11 or DS-82)
$60.00 expedited fee (payable to the department of state)
$23.36 optional return 2-3 day delivery (payable to the department of state) (We will try to keep this postage fee up to date to the best of our ability, but please know the price on postage has been changing frequently. I would suggest calling our office to confirm this fee before making checks/money orders out. 701-667-3305)
If you need to expedite the mailing of documents to the Department of State, please visit the post office before coming to our office to purchase a prepaid Priority Express Envelope. Please bring the prepaid envelope with you to our office, when you apply.
- Routine Mail: may take 2-3 weeks
- Priority Express: approximately 2-3 days
