Morton County Commission

The County Commission is the governing body of the county responsible for overseeing county activities and working to ensure that citizen concerns are met, federal and state requirements are fulfilled, and county operations run smoothly.  The Morton County Commission consists of five county commissioners elected at large to four year terms.  The Commission meetings are open to the public and are held at the Morton County Courthouse on the second Thursday and fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Counties are governed by ND Century Code.
