Voter Absentee Information

Voters must return a completed and signed application to Morton County Auditor, 210 2nd Ave NW, Mandan ND 58554, drop box in front of the County Courthouse,  fax to 701-667-3380 or email: dawn.rhone@mortonnd.gov

Upon receiving the completed application, we will send a ballot. 

Ballots must be received by the county by the close of polls on Election Day. By mail - affix proper postage. In-person via secure dropbox or with your County Auditor.
